Fragmented Exploration is a collaborative character design workshop that explores how unexpected ideas can evolve into original characters through experimentation and shared creativity.

At the beginning of the workshop, each participant randomly draws four Character Prompt Cards, prepared by the workshop leader. Each card defines one aspect of the character, such as habitat, movement, personality, or a signature object. These prompts act as creative starting points while leaving complete freedom for participants to interpret them in their own way.

Participants then design a character on a custom A3 template divided into predefined sections. Once the drawings are complete, the template is separated into fragments, which are exchanged between participants. Each participant assembles a completely new character using fragments created by different artists and completes the design by adding only connecting details, while preserving every original fragment.

The workshop encourages collaboration, creative problem-solving, and visual storytelling, demonstrating how unexpected combinations can lead to unique and memorable character designs.
