Participants gather around one very long table covered with a continuous sheet of paper, which becomes both a tablecloth and a shared drawing surface.

Each participant begins by creating their own place setting, including a plate, glass, cutlery, napkin, and decorations. They then “order” a dish by combining three drawing prompts: a familiar food, a mood, and a surreal twist.

As the workshop progresses, individual dishes begin to grow beyond their plates. Sauces spill across the table, crumbs turn into characters, hands reach towards neighbouring dishes, and the food may even begin to eat the guests.

Through drawing, storytelling, and playful interventions in one another’s work, the group gradually creates one enormous, chaotic feast filled with different characters, artistic styles, and miniature narratives.

Everyone creates their own place at the table, but no one can control the entire feast.
